He broke the record for stupidity. Hard to believe that a guy with his dough and business accomplishment said it.

If someone recorded hours of their private conversations I actually wonder about that. Sure hope not, but...

Doesn't want to associate publicly with blacks, yet owns an NBA team....yeah, that makes sense.

        Knucklehead.

I'm not surprised at all he said it. I'm surprised it was recorded.

Pretty screwed up all together. The wife sits courtside cheering the team on and the husband is openly banging the Asian chick and gives her hell for having her pitcher taken with minorities. Obviously a slut with no pride herself. What a world.

              Trumo chimes in

Donald Trump joined Fox and Friends Monday morning to discuss the controversy surrounding the racially insensitive statements attributed to Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling. Trump said that he believes Sterling will be “expelled from the [NBA]” and called the comments on the audio recording “despicable.”

A number of NBA personalities, including Michael Jordan, LeBron James and Magic Johnson, have shared their thoughts on Sterling — but Trump also gave his opinion on the woman who can be heard in the conversation.

“He got set up by a very, very bad girlfriend, let’s face it. She’s called ‘the girlfriend from hell.’ What he said was terrible and despicable and a very strong action is going to be taken.”

Trump was then asked if Sterling could fight the allegations as he was having a private conversation.

“I don’t know what you do, it’s so bad. She was baiting him and she’s a terrible human being and he gave horrible answers and disgusting answers.”

if he's not a billionaire he's not getting any. Dude is ugly and a dickhead.
We're looking for people that are fundamentally different,” vice president of player personnel Andy Weidl said Saturday night. “The love and passion for football, it's non-negotiable. They're caring, their character, they do the right thing persistently, and they have a relentless playing style that you can see on tape. The motor, it burns hot. You see them finishing plays. They have a team-first mentality. They're selfless individuals.

It's a little off- Sterling has been a dirtbag for years, its just that social media accelerated the process.

If you live in LA and have been following the plight of the Clippers, you've known about it for years, but it took him being so arrogant as to feel untouchable to shoot himself in the foot.

I think it'll be fitting when the team is bought by a group primarily of color.

I don't think Sterling has to sell; what the NBA has done is try to make it where selling the team is his best option. (Based on what I've read about the NBA constitution, there are very limited circumstances in which the league can take over a team, and those circumstances don't appear to be in play here. The decision to ban Sterling for life is probably the most the NBA could do to encourage him to sell the team.) Sterling could continue to own the team to spite the NBA.

Regardless whether or not Sterling sells the Clippers, I think a lawsuit by Sterling against the NBA is very likely.
