Seattle DE Bennett: Sanchez trying to impersonate good QB

Eagles quarterback Mark Sanchez turned in arguably his worst performance of the season on Sunday in his team's 24-14 loss to the Seattle Seahawks, throwing for a total of just 96 yards.

After the game, Seattle Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett ripped into the veteran quarterback, Eliot Shorr-Parks of NJ.com reports.

"Tell the Philadelphia police to put an APB out," Bennett said. "Sanchez is trying to impersonate a good quarterback."

"We just played the way we were supposed to play," Bennett said. "We were in the gaps, people were doing their jobs and that is how you stop this offense."
    "Hey Giants, who's your Daddy?"

The Seattle Seahawks were unimpressed by the Eagles and Chip Kelly's offense in a 24-14 victory Sunday in Philadelphia.

Richard Sherman dismissed the current group of Eagles wide receivers. Michael Bennett took aim at quarterback Mark Sanchez.

"No matter how fast they ran a play, we were just on it," said linebacker Bobby Wagner, per ESPN.com. "We knew what plays were coming and it's a pretty basic offense."

Seems to be a recurrent remark after we lose.

Yea but they didn't see fast pace play calling yesterday. The Seattle O had the ball the whole game and the birds were slowed significantly. The Seattle D didn't get a chance to get gassed and slow down in the fourth
Wait until next year is a terrible philosophy
        Hope is not a strategy
        RIP

          Popper,

I agree. Too many Seattle players are overly pleased with themselves. Imagine how intense the dislike would be if you were in the same division.

I watched the game at my favorite sportsbar and the only friekin Seattle fan on the east coast was there Sunday. We have anywhere from 2 to 15 of us every week. We pretty much run the show as we grease the hell out of our waitress. She sets up the games for us wherever we want and cargoes us for about half of what we eat and drink and the owner loves us. But after every score e we had to listen to this annoying asshole clap. Outside of that, I guess he was OK. I still wanted to backhand him anyway though.

Seahawks still yapping. Heard on ESPN that Avril stated that (paraphrased)they're used to playing against 330-lb OL in the NFC West, and that the Eagles OL presented a lesser challenge since their average weight is around 305 lbs.
