I think I've mentioned before, we've got friends in both Fargo and Detroit Lakes that are big Bison and Fighting Sioux fans, although I guess 'Fighting Sioux' is now a no no.
In any case, I hope the Bison kick Coastal Carolina's tail feathers.
I'd make a crack about having 'Chanticleers' for a mascot but Temple's mascot is also an avian beast, but one that strikes fear in the hearts of...maybe mice.
I was always so proud of our main in-game cheer, "Owl's are on the war path...Hoot! Hoot!"
We had to limit it's use however because it simply scared the shit out of the opposition.Comment
