  • Injuries,,,

Only thing i'm hearing is a knee MRI on Jason Daivs(he looked fine when leaving the field.

    And Bloom has another Hamstring!!!!!

IMO, that's a good night, a good game, a good outcome for these fake phony exibitions!

    Anybody have any others?

Yeh, he was kinda piss poor tonight, IMO.

But AR (the ultimate good captain) said he was the victim of poor protection and it would be hard to evaluate his performance.

(I only heard him, I was wondering if he had a straight face when he said that)

Maybe this means we can put Bloom on the PUP list ?

The kid has potential. But lets face it, he is not really in football shape this year.

Koy? If we have to depend on the third QB for anything other than playing the opposition in practice each week, we are in trouble ANYWAY.

Bloom? Hey, I'd love to have him,,,,,,,,,if he could perform, but with Reed showing no signs of a problem with his foot, we don't need Bloom in any part of the game.

Davis? No shot at anything other than PS.

Jenkins (from poor play list)- He was only playing for a shot at another club, so there was no damage there with his poor play.

We have two starters out for the rest of PS, so that is pretty frigg'n great if you ask me. Westy shouldn't play anyway and McDougle is shelved to prevent him from finding another excuse to collect a check without playing. Walker should be back too, but with the play of Bunkley, he wont be missed as much....but again, he will be back in time. Pinky is the only player missing, but he doesn't count since he didn't get hurt this year.

CAMP is done and we only have two fake games left. And the starters should miss one of those games anyway. So far, we are ten times better than any other year as far as injuries at this point of the preseason.

I disagree that Reed is showing no signs of problems. He's not outwardly limping or anything, but he definitely doesn't look as explosive on kick returns as he did in '04.

I'm glad Bloom is hurt, that way they'll be able to IR him and protect him from potential waivers and give him a more realistic shot next year.

im a little worried about the return situation.

bloom shouldnt make the team at this point. reed is still a bit of an unknown quantity. wynn is gone. i'd like to avoid using westy and sheppard this year.

reno is the man, as far as i'm concerned, on punts. they'll be taking a bit of a risk going into the year with reed as the main KR.

Rod Hood is still an option on KR.
