Giants have a faint heartbeat, but Dallas is in the box, lid closet and topsoil is spilling on top of them.
We're looking for people that are fundamentally different,” vice president of player personnel Andy Weidl said Saturday night. “The love and passion for football, it's non-negotiable. They're caring, their character, they do the right thing persistently, and they have a relentless playing style that you can see on tape. The motor, it burns hot. You see them finishing plays. They have a team-first mentality. They're selfless individuals.

Obviously the Deadskins have the easiest road, with the cowturds stinking like they do.

But who knows--- you play 1 week at a time.

Here are a couple of Eagles win NFC East scenarios:

        1) Beat Redskins (Week 16) and Giants (Week 17)

        2) Beat Cardinals (Week 15) and Redskins (Week 16), and Giants lose to EITHER Miami (Week 14) OR Carolina (Week 15)

In the latter scenario, the Eagles would clinch the division after Week 16 and the final game against the Giants would be meaningless.

The question is when does Dallas decide to start tanking? They played hard and actually if they had a competent QB may have won in GB. I think they lose to both Bills and Jets but the last game is at home against Skins. I think they will probably go all out for that game. 5-11 is a top ten pick I think. The Giants man who knows!!! The Skins are not a good team. The Eagles are the most Jeckyll and Hyde act out there. They could run the table or lose out! Damn if I know. But they are probably in the best shape to win this division and get walloped by Seattle.

I'm hoping for Minnesota to get the 5 seed. I don't think it's likely because if Seattle and Minny tie, Seattle has the tie-breaker.

Minnesota lost the head to head with Seattle. Gonna be tough to over take them.

I think the Bills will beat the Skins this week, the Eagles will avenge the lose to the Cardinals last year and beat them. In fact I think the Eagles win out.

Why does this matter? I'd prefer we tank and improve our draft position. I don't buy this any given Sunday crap and we are not going to do anything in the playoffs. Loose out, improve the draft and begin evaluating the bench.

It's all about Sam IMO. I want to see what we have. We can't draft a top QB. If we are playing for the playoffs, we will see the best of the players and mostly find out about Sam.

We need to be competitive against the Cardinals, at least. If we get drilled like Tampa/Detroit, it could hurt the teams psyche going against Washington in that critical game.

The Cards are really, really good guys. I put them right up there with Carolina and New England.

Prior to the Miami game I thought we would cleanup against Miami, Tampa and Detroit, before crashing against New England, Buffalo and Arizona. So far, it has been just the opposite. Hopefully, the trend will continue this weekend.

True, MM. We may not do anything worthwhile in the post season, but this is a time for evaluation. Decisions to be made about our future....or the future of certain players. We don't need to go to the bench yet....we have Starters who still need evaluation.
