It will be interesting to say the least. Guys are coming back from injury, guys are not coming back from injury(Brooks) and guys will be moving on.
I am looking forward to seeing what all the playing experience is going to benefit the team next year. LeBlanc looks like a keeper, the Sullivan's got a good bit of playing time and Maddox along with Douglas should have starting roles unless we draft a gem to unseat them. Jones coming off of another injury will be interesting as well.
Hill and Bradham showed to me they should play, but I like Gerry. He looks like he's bulking up and has shown some speed. Bennett, Cox, Jernigan, Barnett will be a force and I hope they convince Graham to be realistic in his price tag.
Will think a bit about the O.

This was a disappointing, but not unexpected ending. Still feeling bummed.
We're looking for people that are fundamentally different,” vice president of player personnel Andy Weidl said Saturday night. “The love and passion for football, it's non-negotiable. They're caring, their character, they do the right thing persistently, and they have a relentless playing style that you can see on tape. The motor, it burns hot. You see them finishing plays. They have a team-first mentality. They're selfless individuals.

Oh there will be lot's of changes, for sure!

But I am already looking forward to Sept this year and to see if the injury gods have been satisfied by our last 2 years sacrifices!

I think you'll see a purge of the WR corps. Alshon is back but I bet you see Tate take a contract elsewhere as well as the Eagles declining paying Agholor his $9MM for this upcoming season. We need some cap relief and I bet they go with Alshon, a deep threat veteran (like Torrey Smith was - perhaps DJax after his release?) and some young guys at receiver. They can't keep Goedert off the field so they'll have alot of 2 TE sets.

I didn't notice much about Goedert yesterday. Did he play much?

He did. Not sure he was targeted much but he has really improved as a blocker. I saw him pick up a couple of blitzes and he absolutely saved Foles on pass blocking in the Chicago game.

I know that none of us expected that of him when he was drafted but he was outstanding in that area and may be one of the most complete TEs in the business.

I'm not a contract guy but they have him (on the rook deal) and Ertz for a couple more years at least. Throw in a Rodgers or whoever and they should be the best TE tandem in the league.
Just need a couple more ND kids this year
Wait until next year is a terrible philosophy
                  Hope is not a strategy

Maybe they'll bring in your little Mini Wentz QB that you've been talking about for a backup.

Yea not sure but I doubt it. My guess he may be a 7th rd or UDFA. His deal is he is only about 6-2 not 6-5 but he had an outstanding TD to Int ratio this year and called a significant number of his own plays. I think he also set the TD record for the FCS (I know he did for NDSU). He is allowed to make any play changes at LOS also if they are called in. They won the FCS again and he is now at that QB guru in CA that Wentz, et al, go to but bottom line is he is FCS not FBS so it isn't going to be easy for him

I am very much looking forward to drafting more guys that can have an impact. Maddox and Goedert were great considering our position. But I love that we have 3 picks in the first 60.

Gotta nail those picks. We really missed depth based on last year's slim amount of picks

I really hope Chris Long comes back as well

They seem happy with Pryor and Mailata, if they end up worth a shit, it could be a pretty good draft considering

In Howie I trust. This is going to be an offseason of many decisions. Some we will agree with others we won't. There will be many articles about our cap space, which is really hogwash as we could free up upwards of 60 million by letting go of guys like Peters, Jernigan, Long, Foles and McCloud, restructuring contracts like Jeffrey's (who is guarnateed 11.5 mill we can turn that into a signing bonus).

We potentially could lose both of our backup QB's. Foles is documented, however, Sudfeld is a RFA and we are going to need to tendered him at least a 2nd round pick to have a shot to keep him. Not sure that may even happen. This years draft is not a good QB draft so I could see a team giving up a 2nd round pick for Sudfeld.

The defensive line is poised for a makeover.

The offensive line could also see a makeover as Kelce could retire (I don't think he will), Brooks will be out some next year and Peters should be replaced.

Running Back is a top priority for the offense. Nothing helps a QB better than a good running game. One of the reasons why Foles and Wentz struggled some this year (and really struggled is probably not a good word), is because defenses didn't fear our running game like they did in 2017. This doesn't mean we need to spend a 1st round pick or big free agency money on a back. There will be some good ones available in round 2.
Were from Philly F in Philly no one likes us we DON'T CARE!

Peters' can't stay on the field, but I don't think you let him walk till a replacement is there. I feel Mailata is going to be that option, but nothing but preseason tape of his athletic prowess and potential is unsettling. Unless we sign a handful of good free agents, it will be tough to draft for all the holes if we lose Brooks, Peters and Kelce. Saw Brook's exit interview and he said he plans on being ready to play at some point next season. Would be awesome if he did.
