Yep. Have to use players to their strength or get rid of them. Actually I heard a great snippet from Rick Speilman the fired Vikings GM. He had six offensive coordinators during his time with Zimmerman. He said something to the effect that is is tough when you are trying to fit players that you drafted into the scheme of six different offensive coordinators. You go get this offensive lineman for this coordinator but he can’t do the things that is asked about of the next coordinator.Douglas just didn’t fit here but he is NFWait until next year is a terrible philosophy

Sometimes players are not in the right system. Rasul just wasn't good enough here. In fact he wasn't good enough in the other 5 stops he had before he got to Green Bay. The light just went on.
