Brown is a player. There is absolutely no doubt. But the devil…..
What if Hurts doesn’t work out and they unload him next year. Is Brown, who is his best friend, still a player? Would hope so but the devil says ??????
how does Devonte, who came in as big man on campus, take to the new big man on campus? Professionally or Wentz-like. Would hope he learns from Brown but the devil says ?????
no reason to think it won’t be super bowl baby but the damn devil
Wait until next year is a terrible philosophy
    Hope is not a strategy

AJ Brown is a pro and realizes this is a business.

I’d spin it the other way actually.

if Hurts can’t deliver Brown and everyone else is going to see it. Hurts is getting his chance now. He needs to deliver. We don’t need to win the Super Bowl but we need to win the NFC East and host a playoff game and look like a team on the rise because of Hurts not in spite of him.

You know Darren if you'd have told me 10 years ago that someday I was going to solve the world's energy problems I'd have said your crazy.... now lets drop this big ball of oil out the window.

I don't think we can measure Hurts without giving him real options. I have talked about the smoke and mirrors to last years' "winning" season, but we really are very lite in offensive skill positions. Smith should welcome fewer double coverage options, sharing the wealth and getting better as a team. Hurts now has a set of tools that can be as strong as most teams with Smith, Brown and Goedert. I still think RB is still an injury away from a problem, but they made due last year. The WR market is just stupid right now. I waffle on having that much in a WR, Hurts fizzling, and we are back developing a young QB. Good news is vet WR can help develop, bad news is we are loosing prime WR years and the prime of the QB and WR will not match. Living an hour from Nashville, I get a lot of their news. I have not read a lot about him being high maintenance. Just a kid wanting to be paid what his peers are being paid. I like this loick and prefer a known vet to another swing at a high round WR. Howie is 1 for 3 over last few years and we can't wiff.
