    Another guy I think who is overrated frankly. Nothing new under the sun with a guy like Joseph. Either pick and older DC like Lovie who is not looking to climb and wants a shot at a ring. Or, pick a new guy with some different ideas. Joseph is more aggressive no doubt but there is a lot of tape on what he does. Kinda glad they passed on him.
    You know Darren if you'd have told me 10 years ago that someday I was going to solve the world's energy problems I'd have said your crazy.... now lets drop this big ball of oil out the window.

      I like the idea of having a new guy as HC, like Nick was. The same is true for OC. I think the new guys have a better chance to be innovative and inspiring.

      However, I would rather have an experienced and stable DC. Lovie Smith would certainly work for me.
