Anybody who has watched Eagles game this year knows that Mariata sucks and although he has looked great in the preseason Mckee just isn't ready for prime time yet. I think we should either go get Nick or somebody else who can play the game. It's almost inevitable that Jaylen will miss a little time with his playing style and if Mariata plays we have a zero chance to win.

Not impressed with Mariota, but he is a backup for a reason. Think he is fine, and as the season goes along McKee may overtake him as No. 2. I would not have minded Lance for a 4th, but have to trust our scouting. Biggest need on this team is a playmaker at LB and a good, experienced S. Some more depth at WR would not hurt either. We have a problem if DeVonta or AJ don’t stay healthy.Russian reporters to Bobby Clarke: Can you imagine hockey without fights?

Will Grier is their QB3 and I assume he's gone. They did get Rush through to the practice squad last year (he was not subject to waivers) in order to do 53-man roster spot maneuvering, as well as Grier, but they won't be able to do that with Lance. Kind of an odd move, but may also be trying to get some leverage against Prescott's agents in negotiations -- they have a fall-back plan at least. Maybe not a great one, but better than Cooper Rush.Comment

Yea I have to believe Nick isn’t the guy he was in 2017. There will be QBs on the street if Howie wants to move on from Mariota but I think he sticks with Mariota and McKee.
I also think it a curious move for Dallas to go get Lance. I’m not a believer in Lance and don’t think he is better than Cooper Rush. Which isn’t saying much.Wait until next year is a terrible philosophy
