    They drafted this kid out of lane college, Jacoby Jones & he is electric, They have him returning punts and working into a reciever slot. He is a scary guy. It wouldn't even surprise me if by mid season he supplants andre johnson as the number # 1 reciever. And they still have Jerome Mathis. This is nothing against Bethel, going into preseason the texans didn't know how good Jacoby Jones would be coming form a small school and they still had questions about mathis being healthy, Both of those options worked out for them so they don't really need bethel anymore, I would seriously take another look at him given our current return concerns.

      Does anyone remember why we signed Bethel Johnson, and then just let him go after mini-camps, I believe it was? The whole thing didn't make a lot of sense. It smelled of something - either he did something they really didn't like, or he hadn't fully recovered from an injury...Something, why sign a guy, and then let him go before you even get to camp?

        If I remember correctly he didn't pass his physical. Maybe now he's healthy enough.

            Kinda doubt it, we cut him and so have 2 other teams. Love the guy but that injury was a career ender I fear.
