I had a hunch that, with Goodell in power, this issue would rear it's ugly head! Tagliabue was fully aware of the problem, but just sat on it for years.
Personally, I'd like to see the eminently qualified Keyra Agustina appointed Chairperson of the Federal Department of the Posterior rather than sneaking some partisan hack in the back door!
