Computer assigns ratings to players and stacks them all accordingly. Computer re-adjusts values every two days, I think. So the mock you see today may not be the one you'll see in two days time. Two days ago, the Eagles pick was WR Devin Thomas. Today it is a different WR (Kelly). Perceived team needs are also taken into consideration. Looking at OT Otah, he is assigned a negative 5 value meaning that he is selected in this mock 5 spots ahead of where the computer ranked him. If he gets picked where the computer ranks him, that makes him the Eagles pick at the proper rated value.
