  • Skins sign Haynesworth

    7 years 100 mil,41 mil guaranteed.IN Fucking sane
We're looking for people that are fundamentally different,” vice president of player personnel Andy Weidl said Saturday night. “The love and passion for football, it's non-negotiable. They're caring, their character, they do the right thing persistently, and they have a relentless playing style that you can see on tape. The motor, it burns hot. You see them finishing plays. They have a team-first mentality. They're selfless individuals.

And I believe they resigned Hall to a 55 Mil deal. Hey were only 8 mil under the cap coming in to today, how are they doing this????

Because he wanted to Fresh. Don't worry. Our salary cap championship is well intact.

It's just crazy that of all the teams out there interested in Haynesworth, one of the teams with the LEAST cap room is agressive enough and signs his butt. And unfortunately it is a team in our division.

The Skins D kicked our butts twice last season, and this doesn't help. Better get this O-line right.........

Yup. They have a healthy Jason Taylor back too. They are certainly contenders again.

There had better be an investigation into how this deal was completed so quickly with the limited space the skins had. We heard very strong details about this yesterday - before free agency started. The skins are absolutely guilty of tampering and the Titans should be demanding that Goodell grow a set of balls and slam Snyder for this. If nothing happens I'm going to have a very hard time supporting the NFL. Roger needs to get this shit under control before the league becomes a free-for-all rich boys club where the rules are completely meaningless and the only thing that matters is how much money they can make.

Like I said in the other thread. Don't hold you breath for Roger No-Goodell.

                  Oh come on.

Haynesworth has been known to take entire seasons off. When he's healthy and playing hard, he's a beast. But how often does that actually occur?

And Hall, LMFAO. If this jerkoff walks around the block, HAZMAT teams have to be called in to quarantine the neighborhood for cancer.

Jason Taylor is 57 years old. He'll last six games.

I liked this line from the AP story on Hall's signing:
"He was a model citizen during his short time in the nation’s capital, avoiding the type of temperamental outbursts that prompted the Atlanta Falcons to trade him to Oakland in 2008. Hall therefore became a top offseason priority..."

The guy gets dumped by two teams in a year, then gets 6/$54 for pretty much just not doing anything stupid for a couple months. Amazing.
Your confidence in your team is high, but rest assured, you will suffer humiliation when the sports team from my area defeats the sports team from your area.

Bottom line - The Skins are a better team today than they were yesterday. The Eagles are not

the money means nothing at this point since after this year there will be no salary cap. Teams like the Redskins and Dallas will be buying up guys like this
Were from Philly F in Philly no one likes us we DON'T CARE!

Problem is that it rarely plays out that way on the field in the following season. It happens every year. Teams make big FA splashes, then do nothing when it counts.

Why do I perceive an odor of tampering around Mr. Snyder?

Maybe this development will ramp up any efforts that the Eagles may put forth to acquire the services of C-OG Jason Brown.
