Will the Birds retire Dawks #20? I sure hope, and think so... I can't imagine any other Eagle wearing it ever again.

Great question, I could see him retiring an Eagle and having a ceremony to save the number. I would be all for that.
Regardless of what people think about Lurie & Co., they have been pretty good at including past players and respecting the history of the franchise.
Was #92 retired for Reggie? I think so, but cannot rememberEliminate distractions, create energy, fear nothing, and attack everything.

I have a memory Lurie & the Eagles retired Reggie's number before or at halftime of a game several years ago...can someone with better memory help me out here?
Some quotes from Lurie and Reid on Dawk:
Eagles Chairman/CEO Jeffrey Lurie: “Brian Dawkins has been one of the pillars of this franchise for 13 years. He helped lead us to five NFC Championship games and one Super Bowl. Brian embodies everything you look for in a professional athlete and human being. I have been fortunate to witness his impeccable character, his passion for the game of football and his commitment to being the best player he could be. I look forward to continuing a close relationship with him once his playing days are over. His legacy as an Eagle will last forever and will ultimately land him in Canton as a Hall of Famer.”
Eagles head coach Andy Reid: “Brian is one of the best players in franchise history and one of the most popular players to ever play in the city of Philadelphia. The Eagles organization, as well as the entire fan base, will miss him not only as a player but as a tremendous person. This is the toughest part of my job, no question. He gave this city 13 years of emotional, energetic football. We wish Brian and his family nothing but the best as he continues his career in Denver.”Eliminate distractions, create energy, fear nothing, and attack everything.

That snowy Monday night game against Seattle when they got hammered at home. Wasn't that Reggie White night? I don't remember if they retired his number that night. The Eagles do retire one a year now don't they?"Hey Giants, who's your Daddy?"

I was at that game. It was like 42-0. It was the whole defense night I think? Like the team that had the #1 defense against the run, pass and overall. Because I remember seeing all the old timers (BE, Joyner, Wes) there.
