Brandan Wright 6-10 PF North Carolina / Freshman

Freakishly long lefty power forward with outstanding hands, smooth athleticism and excellent touch around the basket. Has excellent instincts and has emerged as an extremely productive complimentary piece on a deep UNC team. Terrific shot-blocking potential thanks to his 7-4 ½ wingspan, activity level and feel for the game. Has added some bulk to his frame but still needs to continue to add more. Lacks some polish offensively beyond his beautiful jump-hook shot with either hand, particularly his shooting mechanics and ballhandling skills.

Marcus Williams 6-7 SG Arizona / Sophomore

Silky smooth swingman with excellent passing and ballhandling skills and a high basketball IQ. Solid rebounder thanks to his length, toughness and smarts. Fundamentally sound and highly creative in getting his shot off. Not afraid to step up and up take responsibilities on the court. Moves off the ball and can hit the three-pointer, but still lacks a bit of consistency and versatility in this part of his game. A smooth, but not terribly explosive athlete. Has a big upside and is living up to expectations for the most part this year.

Marco Belinelli 6-5 SG Fortitudo Bologna (Italy)

Emerged as one of the top shooting guards in all of Europe already as a teenager playing for highly regarded Fortitudo Bologna. A very good athlete with nice length and excellent leaping ability. Streaky shooter who makes tough shots from deep range thanks to his quick and very high release point. Needs to improve both his willingness and ability to take players off the dribble and make his way to the basket, as well as add serious bulk to his frame. Started off slow, but has caught fire as of late.
