I'm glad Joe Banner is gone. I'll give him credit for his role in getting the Novacare, and the Linc built. And, while he was good at managing the cap, he was also good at putting too much emphasis on managing the cap, and I think it limited the team's ability to get the talent they needed to win a championship when they had such a good opportunity to do so.
