1. Have not hear one person say they are at the breaking point with this team? Not one even come close!
2. Maybe if you bother to read others posts- you would have noticed that almost everyone who slightly disagrees with you --- also sez that they can be a playoff team next year with a good off season.
3. Have not seen anyone on this board ever claim that the Eagles must be SB winners or even contenders or BUST. (Thats silly)
4. the 7 games vs 4 or 5 games isn't literal, of course they did win 7, the argument was the talent level of a 5 win team vs an 7 win team and the theoretical difference in talent levels.

BTW-- I think Ross, Stock, Fresh and 60 and Pliny are all on the same page here, so it ain't just me.

Funny thing is if you read my original post we all are saying just about the same thing. Where we sharply disagree is this is not a 4 win team, we have more talent than those teams and anybody can see that, except you and the sheep. They won 7 games despite the fact that half of their games were against the NFC playoff teams. 4 win teams don't win any of those games. 4 of our wins came against playoff teams, another against an 8-8 team who was 5-0 coming off their bye week when we played them. All this with a rookie head coach, a rookie QB, no outside weapons to speak of and no cornerbacks. Playing our 2,3,4,5th string Right tackle etc.
I do think with the right moves this offseason we could get into the playoffs next year. We might be one and done but we can get into the playoffs. The schedule should be a tad bit easier, 2nd year in the system for many of the players including Wentz, and they will be able to address some of the areas that were "band-aided" this year.

If you and the sheep choose not to believe that fine. However when they do, you all have to admit you were wrong, and if they don't I will gladly admit it.

Taz I am just going to say it. You are really informed. That is obvious. You know a lot about the draft and free agency. I like your philosophy and emphasis on the connection between assistant coaches/scouts and previous regimes influencing player acquisitions.

That said, there are no sheep or uninformed fans on this board. This is not the Eagles FB page where Mary from Lansdale likes Darren Sproles because she is as tall as he is. We are all very informed fans here so my advice is give us your opinion and cut out the pejorative comments.

I tend to agree with you 85 percent of the time BtW and enjoy what you post. I actually also agree that this team is average to close to playoff caliber but needs a few more players. But if others don't agree that's their opinion and I respect them for it. It's just as easy really to watch the performances against the Seahawks, Bengals, and Packers and think this team is farther off than we hope.

Please take my comment constructively because you clearly are informed and I appreciate your takes.

You can keep reiterating all your points as to why you disagree with us, and we can list all the reason why we think they have less talent then you do............but this has now gotten past that.

I noticed that you write these long diatribes after each game, and there is a lot of good stuff there.... but if anyone dares question or have a different POV you have gone after them just like you are now--- you are right and they are wrong.

You need to reign yourself in... football is not exact, even the best football minds in this country are probably wrong 40 to 50% of the time.... but you seem to have set yourself as Pope and be infallible.

I am passionate about my beliefs and so is everyone else here.... and we are dealing with "IF'S" and NON FACTS and OPINIONS and PERCEPTIONS.

If you are so much better than us "SHEEP" and "HATERS" maybe you should quit your job and get a gig in the coaching ranks of the NFL.
