How do we get Mariota if we are not in top 5? I'm no draft expert but isn't he one of the top if not the top QB prospect coming out? Perhaps I'm just ignorant.

A guy "like" Mariota. Not sure where he is projected but you get my point. If you can find a rookie that works out, then your team has a huge advantage for the next 4 years.

I don't think so Vet. He's a nice college QB, but I think it stops there. Someone will draft him thing he's the next Kaepernick, and maybe he is. He's got a 10cent head too. Personally, I don't care for those athletic QBs, and that includes Wilson. I was going to post something today that we were all wrong about. McNabb was right when he refused to run. Those guys try to do too much, win the game by themselves. I wish Nick was a little quicker and faster like Marino was, but he at least knows how he should play the position.

Nick is 5-1 this year, it hasn't been wrapped in as pretty of a package as last season, but he has the backing and support of his team mates. He is 5-1 without a chunk of his bodyguards. I will reserve judgement on Nick till he has his line around him once again and see if the problems persist. He is a winner, those guys don't come around every day. Sign him !
